Privacy Policy

The Service Provider will use the customer details provided by the retailer to update and alert the customer about the distribution status of the product through SMS, Whatsapp, and/or email, as well as receive input from the customer about the said service in order to enhance the customer's experience with the service provider.

The aforementioned details can be used to keep the customer up to date on the product's arrival status and to improve our customer service.

Refund Policy

At Collaberus Technologies we accept the following payment methods.

Credit Card Debit Card UPI

There are no additional fees. At the time of checkout, you just pay the number that appears in your order list. Please consult with your family members or business partners allowed to make payments on your behalf if you see any claims on your credit/debit card for transactions made but you have never built an account or signed up. If you still don't remember the fee, please report it to us within 30 days of the transaction so that we can investigate it. Please contact us at billing@collaberus.com if you have any questions.

If a payment fails, please try again, making sure that the information sent to the payment gateway is correct, such as account data, billing address, password (for Net Banking), and so on. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited as a result of a payment mistake, it will be refunded to you within 7 working days. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@collaberus.com with your order number.
