Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Build Strong Last mile network and team.
  • Manage the rider / delivery boy operations of the area(s) allocated.
  • Ensure adequate supply of riders / delivery boys as per demand plan.

  • Understand product specifications, Conduct concept and usability testing.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test with users and iterate your designs.
  • Work with UI designers, UX Designers and Product Managers to implement designs.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
  • Working on Graphic content, banners, emailers and other promotional work.

Requirements
