This privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) refers to the use of the domain name www.collaberus.com , www.dialmantra.in and www.quickse.in , which are internet-based platforms, and our mobile applications, all of which are owned/operated by Collaberus Technologies (hereinafter referred to as “Collaberus” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). The term "website" or "platform" refers to both the domain names and the mobile applications, and collectively "Services" encompass the following platforms:

- DialMantra is a simple, fast, and cost-effective way to operate a world-class contact center without huge investments on hardware and software. DialMantra maximizes productivity in call centers.

- QuickSe is a digital platform that, among other things, allows businesses to communicate with their customers through the incorporation of social media channels, in-store ordering and billing systems, and bank/payment gateways.

The Services will be made available to those who have agreed to become buyers on the platform after completing the required registration/accepting the necessary terms and conditions, as determined by us from time to time (referred to as "You" or "Your" or "Yourself" or "User", which terms shall also include visitors to the platform).

We have instituted reasonable security policies and procedures that are appropriate for the information assets we're protecting and the nature of our business. Although we do our best to provide security that meets industry standards, we cannot guarantee or warrant the full security of all information transmitted to us by you due to the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet.

We will be required to collect and host certain data and information from Users in order to provide the Services and for other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the Users' Personal Information (as defined below) and take all appropriate measures to ensure that the User's Personal Information is kept private. This Privacy Policy was created to assist you in understanding the following:


1. Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Data or Information) that we shall be collecting from the Users;

2. The purpose of the Company's collection, means, and modes of use of such Personal Information;

3. How and to whom the Company will disclose such information;

4. How the Company will protect the Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Data or Information) that is collected from the Users; and

This Privacy Policy applies to all Users' use of the Website. As a result, approval of this Privacy policy is a prerequisite of each User's use of and access to the Website and other services offered by the Company to Users. Before sending any Sensitive Personal Data or Information to the Company, any User must read and understand the requirements set forth herein, failing which they must leave the Website immediately.

The (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and the laws, regulations, guidelines, and clarifications framed thereunder, including the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, are the basis for this Privacy Policy.



Personal Information

Personal Information” refers to any information about a natural person that can be used to identify that person, either directly or indirectly, when combined with other information held by the Company.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information” refers to the Personal Information relating to passwords; financial information such as bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details; physical, physiological, and mental health conditions; sexual orientation; medical records and history; biometric information; any detail relating to the above as provided to or received by any person. Any data or information about an individual that is publicly available or usable in the public domain, or that is provided under the Right to Information Act of 2005 or any other statute, does not qualify as Sensitive Personal Data or Information.



Types of Personal Information collected by the Company

Without having an account on the Website, a User could have restricted access to the Website and use any of the Company's Services. Unregistered Users have access to some of the Website's information and details. A User will be required to build an account on our Website in order to gain access to all of the features and benefits available on our Website. We collect the following categories of Personal Information and other information from Users as part of the registration process (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Information"):

● Password chosen by the User

Users will be required to upload/share such documents on the Website and/or e-mail them to the Company in order to use the Services, and such documents will be stored/disclosed by the Company only in the manner stated in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The term "User Information" includes any documents that Users upload or provide in any other way. For the administration of Services, we may keep records of telephone calls received and made for the purpose of making inquiries, orders, or other purposes.



Internet Use

We can also receive and/or store information about the User's browsing history, such as the URL of the site the User visited before visiting the website, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of each User's computer (or the proxy server a User used to access the World Wide Web), the User's computer operating system and type of web browser, and the name of the User's ISP. Temporary cookies are used on the Website to store data (that is not Sensitive Personal Data or Information) that is used by us for Website technical administration, research and development, and User administration.

● We will provide other optional requests for information from the User in the future, such as via user surveys, to assist us in customising the website and delivering customised information to the User, as well as for other purposes as described herein. We may collect such information in the course of conducting contests. Any additional Personal Information will be handled in compliance with this Privacy Policy as well.



Purposes for which the Company may use the Information

We will only keep User Information for as long as it is needed to provide Services to the Users. We can use the information we collect from you for a variety of business and/or regulatory purposes, including the following:

1. Registration of the User on the Website;

2. Processing the User’s orders/requests and provision of Services (including provision of safe Services);

3. Completing transactions with Users effectively and billing for the products/Services provided;

4. Technical administration and customization of Website;

5. Ensuring that the Website content is presented to the Users in an effective manner;

6. Delivery of personalized information and target advertisements to the User;

7. Improvement of Services, features and functionality of the Website; providing an optimal experience and improving the App/Website;

Disclosure and Transfer of User’s Personal Information

For the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, we will need to disclose/transfer User's Personal Information to the following third parties:
Government institutions/authorities to the extent required:

● Under the laws, rules, and regulations and/or under orders of any relevant judicial or quasi-judicial authority;
● To protect and defend the rights or property of the Company;
● To fight fraud and credit risk;
● To enforce the Company's Terms of Use (to which this Privacy Policy is also a part); or
● When the Company, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others.

If otherwise authorised by an order under any current law, including in response to government agency inquiries for the purpose of verifying identification, or for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, and punishment of offences, including cyber incidents.

All User Information is only available to the Company's workers and data processors on a need-to-know basis. Both workers and data processors who have access to or are involved in the processing of User Information are required to keep it private.

To deliver ads to Users, non-personally identifiable information can be shared with third-party marketing servers, ad agencies, technology suppliers, and analysis firms. In order to help the Company's business grow, the Company can share aggregate findings (not individual details) based on information relating to the User's internet usage with prospective investors, strategic partners, sponsors, and others.

As part of a reorganisation or sale of Company's assets or business, we may also reveal or pass User Information to a third party. Any third party to whom the Company passes or sells its assets will be able to use the Personal Information and/or other information that a User provides to us.

The Website may contain links to third-party advertising, websites, or electronic communication services (collectively, "Third Party Links") that are run by third parties and are not owned by, connected with, or associated with the Company unless specifically stated on the Website.

If you access any of these Third Party Links, we recommend that you read the website's privacy statement. Third Party Links' policies and activities are not under our control.



Security Practices and Procedures

In order to protect the Personal Information in its possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, and destruction, the Company employs sound security policies and procedures, which include technological, financial, administrative, and physical security control measures.

The Company takes appropriate measures to ensure that third parties to which the Users' Sensitive Personal Data or Information can be transmitted follow reasonable security policies and procedures to ensure security of Personal Information.

Hereby, you agree that the Company is not responsible for any intercepted information transmitted over the internet, and you agree to release us from any and all lawsuits resulting from or relating to the unlawful use of intercepted information.



Service/Customer Support

You agree to the Company collecting and using your contact details for service/customer support related activities by using the Website/Services. Regardless of whether you have registered for DND (do not disturb), you will have the option to give the Company your consent to be contacted by the Company's customer support department and to receive service/transactional/customer support related correspondence through calls, emails, SMS, and other means.

You further accept that, despite your DND registration, the Company can contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other means if it is unable to resolve customer issues/questions during an inbound call or otherwise.



User's rights in relation to the Company's collection of personal details

All information given by a User to the Company, including Sensitive Personal Data or Information, is provided on a voluntary basis. In compliance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the user has the right to withdraw his/her/its consent at any time, but withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

Users can view, update, correct, and remove Personal Information that they have voluntarily provided to the Company and that the Company has collected in compliance with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If the User updates his or her information, the Company may retain a copy of the information that the User originally provided to the Company in its archives for the User described herein. If the User wishes to update or correct his or her Personal Information, the User may do so by sending an email to contact@quickse.in and informing the Company of the change(s) for updating the Company's records.

If the User fails to provide information or consent for the use of Personal Information, or later withdraws consent for the use of Personal Information obtained, the Company retains the authority to terminate providing the services for which the information was requested.
